There are 42 active TikTok accounts, each documented in a live tracking sheet. The accounts run on a physical device farm — real hardware, not emulators, which is what keeps them alive.

On top of that, 200 to 300 additional TikTok accounts are held in inventory, ready to deploy.

There is a proprietary account-sourcing process that transfers with the sale. In a TikTok-based agency that is the hardest thing to replicate.

Three dedicated posting staff run the accounts; models with their own following also post themselves. Each model additionally has an Instagram account as a secondary channel.

Software and Systems:

A conversation bot handles 10,000–15,000 conversations a month on a per-conversation cost basis, feeding the chatting team qualified conversations rather than raw traffic.

Monetization:

There is a chatting team with 24/7 coverage, including a top closer and a team lead on progressive commission. Revenue mix is roughly 85% messages/PPV and tips, 15% subscriptions — earnings are conversion-driven rather than subscription-dependent, which is what makes it resilient.

Model Acquisition:

This is the part most agencies never systematize:

A vetted scout network supplies OnlyFans-ready models matched to the agency’s method, with photos and background provided upfront. There’s a free introductory call before any commitment.

Acquisition cost is fixed, known and effectively risk-free. Every model onboarded in 2026 reached $4,000–6,000 a month within about two months of joining. The acquisition cost pays back in under a month.

The two highest earners have been with the agency since early and mid 2024.

Second Revenue Stream:

A fully automated direct-sales channel running since September 2025, currently brings in about $9,000 a month at 65% margin and growing.

The team runs it, not the owner.

Everyone is paid on performance: chatters on commission plus bonus, the team lead on a progressive percentage with no fixed salary, posting staff on commission from their own links. There is no salaried overhead to inherit.

The owner’s involvement is about 10 hours a week. Everything except the payouts themselves is already delegated.

The roster is still expanding — model seven is ramping now under the current plan can go to ten, using an acquisition process that’s already priced and proven. The direct-sales channel has grown roughly eightfold since December and is expandable across more models. The TikTok account inventory removes the bottleneck that normally caps TikTok-based agencies. And the funnel is platform-agnostic — Fansly and others are currently deployed.
